Thrisha is from Jamaica, where she always enjoyed the kitchen! After the first eight years of her life, she afterwards migrated to the US. However, she continued her interest in cooking by watching persons in the kitchen, she took in all she could about American food and culture. Eventually, she started experimenting and needless to say, she ruined many good recipes but eventually she got the hang of it.
It’s a natural passion for her in so much that it’s now a compulsion. Thrisha finds her kitchen soothing, and... being a single mom of four, and an entrepreneur, she wears many hats and bears many burdens. Thus, cooking is her gateway car! To say it’s her art form , would be an understatement!
On any given day, good or bad, you can check out her Instagram page and be always amazed. If she’s having a bad day you may see strawberry cheese cake, and other tantalizing treats – then you know she’s having a bad day right! Lol
Interesting to note, her presentation is acute! being a makeup artist that did courses with Mary Kaye, (and, very good at it, based on feedback from friends and family), it seems that she has combined that skill to her Culinary Art – her presentations are top notch! You can tell she got her practice in – just by looking at her products, notwithstanding… the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and that’s where she comes to life! She enjoys cooking – it’s therapeutic for her.
The birth of Elite Creations by Thrisha
About three years ago her Property Management Company took a major hit. It had been doing very well from handling a big client – she managed their rentals and had over a hundred and something rentals. However they decided to hire someone in-house to manage their rentals, instead of using a Property Management Company. Saving more money. is the goal of any business so she totally got it. Anyhow, she was offered the job but opted out.
Turning Lemons to Lemonade
She did not want to be an employee instead of being an entrepreneur like she has always been. Such a transition seemed like a step backwards so she refused the change from her own hours to punching the clock.
She was given three weeks notice that they no longer needed her services! She went into panic mode before tapping into her God given talents. Truly, necessity is the mother of invention. Needless to say, she took the necessary steps to get the necessary permits and insurance, did her research and applied herself and is now glad that she did . She still has her property management company -Premier Property Management. However, Elite Creations by Thrisha is now her flagship.
An interesting thing to know about Thrisha is that she wears many hats; she is also a talented Makeup Artist with an amazing eye for detail. After taking makeup courses by Kim Lee and ceaseless practice, is much sought after by her peers who knows that side of her. In addition to that, she also worked with Rene’
With all that In mind, Property Manager, Makeup Artist, and Chef, combined with her intense desire to succeed at whatever she does, plus her kids as motivation! Elite Creations by Thrisha is fast becoming a runaway success in her niche.

She has been doing stuff for free for three years now and believes in giving back and being a blessing to someone else Also, a strong believer in women empowerment, she hopes to build a shelter for abused girls in the future as a dream that haunts her from the past. Her friends are her base of support and they love her. You can tell a lot about a person from the love of their friends. She definitely has a few. As a matter of fact, business is good and is getting better.

Baking cakes beats stress

She won the award for, top Chef, little something about her, her life was never easy but being the go getter that she is, she strived and prospered at whatever she did by BEING organized and diligent.
